We are looking for someone who loves developing new menus with a sustainable and locally sourced focus with experience working in events. No event is too little or too large they cater for all sorts, they pride themselves to bring the spirit and expertise of their restaurants to your event space.

You have strong communication & organisational skills and experience in managing and leading a motivated and driven team. A strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control, to ensure you meet budgets and targets will be vital to succeed in this role.
The candidate
- 2+ years experience as a Head Chef is essential to be considered for this role - backgrounds in fine dining restaurants and Luxury Hotels
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Experience running service whilst managing a small to medium size brigade
- Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate positive leadership skills
- Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays
