AddressSt Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School is an independent day and boarding school for over 1450 girls from Kindergarten to Year 12. The school is located near the ocean in Karrinyup and, during term time, is home to over 185 boarders.
The Events & Marketing Co-ordinator is responsible for planning, co-ordinating and delivering St Mary’s signature events held at our Karrinyup campus or at external venues. These events play an important role in fostering positive relationships within our School community. The role also provides general marketing support to the Marketing team.
The responsibilities include:
Events
- Develop event briefs, orders of proceedings and general event documentation
- Maintain budgets
- Liaise with graphic designers for invitations, programs, posters, signage
- Liaise with suppliers and/or school departments
- Manage online bookings, ticket sales and RSVPs
Marketing
- Ensure events are well promoted to St Mary’s community and externally as appropriate
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures and merchandise, and monitor stock levels
- Act as a reference point for brand guidelines including distribution and approval of logo use internally and externally
- Create and send EDMs
Other duties
- Design and develop online surveys and report upon results
- Any other duties as may be required by the Principal, Director of Business Operations, or Marketing & Communications Manager
This is an ongoing, full-time position and requires occasional work outside regular office hours in order to manage the events program.
