About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support the Launceston Hospitals Executive Team, working alongside diverse, compassionate and dedicated staff, providing effective and efficient EA support.
The Executive Assistant plays a key role in liaising with hospital staff, the broader regional corporate services team, and external stakeholders ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.
Key responsibilities include ....
Ensure the office of the General Manager/Executive functions efficiently and effectively through establishment and maintenance of office management systems, processes and procedures
Provide administrative support to the Executive Team and undertake project work as delegated
Prepare agendas, attend meetings and take minutes for the Medical Advisory Committee and other various clinical and corporate committee meetings
What you bring
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in relevant software applications i.e. MS Office suite, SharePoint
High level of attention to detail
Experience in free drafting of correspondence
Effective time management and prioritisation skills
Advanced secretarial, organisational and communication skills
Experience in committee secretariat functions including minute taking
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
