About the Role
Join our incredible Family & Community Services team supporting the Executive Director in a role that will utilise your love of practical solutions to make each day run smoothly! This role will juggle diary and correspondence management, document preparation and directorate coordination – perfect for someone who thrives on variety.
About you

You’ll be experienced across a range of systems and platforms, understand the need for tact and confidentiality and be able to make the art of organisation look effortless, all while enjoying the pace. You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior leadership
- Energy, initiative and the ability to be proactive and thrive under pressure
- Fantastic relationship building, collaboration and influencing skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft and reporting preparation, with second to none attention to detail!
- And of course, time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
