We are working closely with one of our large non for profit clients based in Osborne Park who are urgently seeking an experience Executive Assistant to join them for a 3 month assignment.
This role will be key for the smooth running of the CEO's life, with diverse responsibilities from creating a variety of written communication to managing stakeholder prioritisation, and time management.
You will also be responsible for the management of 2 x administration staff.
Some of the duties will include:
- Minute taking and following up action items
- Calendar and email management
- Organisation of internal functions and corporate events
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation where required
- Liaising with stakeholders, staff and clients as and when required
- Assisting with the preparation of documents
- Ad hoc team admin support as needed
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be available to start within a week - ideally immediately
- Be technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Positive attitude with the view that no task is too big or too small
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
