Executive Assistant - Part-Time

Providing secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

• Events and project coordination
• Diary management
• Drafting correspondence
• Board papers
• Records management
• Research work
• Other tasks as required

To apply you must have:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to juggle competing tasks
• Experience organising events and functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving
