  • Executive Assistant - Part time - Chairman
  • FULL REMOTE
  • $120 + Super Pro Ratered

Boutique is currently representing HNWI, who sitting on a number of boards to help secure his next Assistant

The Role:
To support and organize the Chairman by managing his business and personal diary, travel and administration need including the monitoring of emails and workload. Completing tasks as directed and being able to communicate and build relationships with the Chairman’s business partners.

This role is a part-time position and predominately remote work.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate confidently & efficiently verbally and written.
  • Possess exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple
  • calendars, inboxes, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Monitor & prioritize Chairman’s emails and workload.
  • Handle confidential communication with discretion and show a high level of trust.
  • Be able to work autonomously and action correspondence and tasks on time.
  • Work closely with multiple CEO Executive Assistants and Company Secretaries in organizing company board and monthly meetings.
  • Administrate the compilation and filing of confidential agreements, share certificates, investment reports, and tax documents.
  • Organize and maintain online filing systems such as Dropbox and Evernote.
  • Assist Chairman in leisure & business travel planning, liaise with travel agents and airlines and manage travel loyalty programs.
  • Monitor incoming invoicing and work with the Accountant to ensure business and household invoices are paid.
  • Prepare invoices for director fees and expenses.
  • Prepare monthly expenses for company credit cards.
  • Ability to take dictation for correspondence on Chairman’s behalf.
About You:
  • 5+ years working as an Executive Assistant at CEO, Group Executive level, or as an Office Manager or Business Manager.
  • Possess a high level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
  • Communicates well and respectfully with all people in varying environments
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the unique time demands of a Chairman to assist in maintaining balance.
  • Intermediate level of technical experience, including but not limited to Google, Office 365, Apple Mac , o Dropbox, Evernote, Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to be flexible and work outside agreed hours if required
  • Ability to work remotely
