The CEO is looking for a passionate and highly competent Executive Assistant / Recruitment Manager to join an amazing team.
The Role
This is a full-time role, reporting to the CEO. This is not an entry level role; and requires an experienced and capable operator to work on high-level and important tasks, documents and plans relating to the growth and management of the Bunbury Farmers Market. This role will double as an Executive Assistant and Recruitment Manager.

12 months in a similar role
24 months in high pressure office environment
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing the office of the CEO.
Supporting the CEO in all recruitment matters.
Typical Duties
In this role, your typical tasks will include but not be limited to:
Regular Tasks:
Scheduling meetings, helping set agendas, reminding participants, taking minutes and sending out summaries and actions
First point of contact for the office of the CEO
Diary management and weekly planning
Preparing meeting papers, reports, briefing notes etc
Coordinating meetings, preparing Agendas and following up on Action Items
Coordinate and prepare Director’s meetings and Directors Papers
Ad-hoc projects for the CEO
Assisting with research and preparation for meetings, documents, emails, presentations, training etc
Filing – electronic and physical
Recruitment Duties – Preparing job descriptions, advertising and monitoring of required roles, arranging interviews and ensuring recruitment is handled professionally
Occasional Tasks:
Edit or update contracts and agreements
Complete performance review reports, internal review reports, written warnings as directed by the CEO.
Travel / event arrangements
Write and construct exciting but professional copy for mediums such as websites, write-ups, internal staff communication
Other ad-hoc tasks and administration as required

A salary package will be negotiated based on the experience and capability of the candidate. There is enormous room for career growth.
