What is unique about you?
You are an Executive Assistant who is a whiz at supporting senior level partners to perfection! You have first class organisational skills that will allow you to oversee the busy working lives of 3 executives, making sure they are where they need to be always. You aren't afraid to take the reins and lead them when needed to, being firm and confident will serve you well in this role. However, you will also be comfortable working from the shadows and seeing your executives shine in the limelight! You have great communication skills both written and verbally, being comfortable to speak on behalf of your executives when needed to.
A snapshot of your role….
- Oversee three busy diaries including meetings, bookings, calendars and travel arrangements
- Draft correspondence on behalf of the executives, knowing when and what to prioritise and using the correct communication style depending on the executive and situation
- Coordinate with stakeholders, understanding the importance of representing yourself and your executives to the highest standard!
- Prepare detailed presentations, documents, and reports in a timely fashion
- Arrange meetings and functions, ranging from meeting room preparation to lunches and external events
