Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer

Your opportunity

As the Executive Assistant – Technology you will provide dedicated support to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and their team of over 200 Technology Professionals. In this exceptional role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CTO's office. This includes proficiently gathering, organising, reporting, and effectively communicating information to facilitate the successful execution of key deliverables by the Technology leadership team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Your will enhance the team's efficiency by equipping them with the necessary information for informed decision-making and preparing for meetings. As this position involves engaging with various internal and external stakeholders, strong relationship management skills are essential. Your self-motivated and proactive approach will enable you to take the lead and make decisions, while consistently delivering exceptional support to the team.

  • In charge of diary management, ensuring that the CTO's schedule is organised and optimise efficiently.
  • Organisation of large meetings and events, such as townhalls, offsite, and team socials. This will involve coordinating logistics, booking venues etc.
  • Manage all aspects of travel arrangements for the CTO and potentially other team members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Processing invoices will be another important task assigned to you.
  • Expense management will also fall under your responsibilities. This includes efficiently managing and reconciling expense reports, tracking expenses, verifying receipts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
