Executive Assistant to Lead Sales Agent

This opportunity is to join a well-established, award winning agent who is highly regarded for their approachable nature. You would be joining a vibrant, fast pace team who work incredibly in sync and love to celebrate their wins!
  
The Role:

As a go to person for a leading Sales Agent, this role will see you utilise your sales and organisational skills.  The right candidate must be able to work independently and keep themselves accountable to their non-negotiables.

On a daily basis, your duties will include:

• Supporting a high performing agent with day to day activities
• Providing professional communication to clients and tenants to ensure a positive experience with every point of contact  
• Preparing Form 6 documents, pre-list and appraisal kits 
• Attending photography appointments  
• Launch to market of listings 
• Assist the agent and associates with a variety of tasks and support 
• Document Management  
• Day-to-day diary management and appointments for the team 
• Data management  
• Prepare and attend auctions
• Other duties as required

Occasional Saturday work is desirable however not a requirement for the right candidate.

The Candidate:

• Very strong customer service, coordination, and time management skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload with high-end clientele - you will be working on premium listings in tightly held suburb
• Must have driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and QLD Real Estate Certificate
• Must be extremely well presented
