Our Team
Finance and Strategy; provide key services across AMP, including Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations and Strategy and M&A (Merge & Acquisitions). Strategy and M&A run the overall Group and Business unit strategy for AMP and lead specific strategic initiatives (as requested by CEO / ExCo) and execute on key M&A opportunities. Investor relations manage communications between AMP executive leadership and the financial community; including analysts and shareholders
The Opportunity

With your exceptional professionalism and stakeholder management you will provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to the (Director of Strategy and Corporate M&A) and (Head of Investor Relations)
You are someone that is proactive, self-motivated and can hit the ground running, you have superior organisational skills together with the proactive mindset and you can handle extensive diary and email management whilst dealing with highly confidential correspondence.
Your positive attitude is reflection of your own expertise and confidence and supporting the (Director of Strategy and Corporate M&A) and (Investor Relations) including day to day coordination point for the wider team
How you will make an impact
Provide administrative support e.g., extensive diary management, emails, meetings documentation, collation and distribution of various agendas, leadership packs, action items and coordination of presentations materials, arranging venues where appropriate
Be available to assist the team with a variety of requests in particular travel arrangements, new employee/contractor setups, workstation requirements and sourcing additional assets (laptops, phones
Plan and organise travel, accommodation and logistics
Administration of expenses; payment of corporate AMEX card, review/ reconcile My Bill monthly IT billing; process ICMS statements and arrange for the payment of invoices and reimbursements
To be considered for this role, you will be a self-starter with exceptional ability in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and efficiently with utmost attention to detail. Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation is essential as well as having an outstanding MS Office expertise. Having the ability to be discrete and sensitive to confidential information is a given.
We'd like you to have substantial administrative and/or secretarial experience at a senior level and be an adaptable and flexible person who is pro-active and enjoys a collaborative and energetic environment.
Your success will be measured on your exceptional communications skills, customer focus, assertiveness, collaborative team focus as well as your ability to work autonomously.
