You are a high-calibre Executive Assistant that takes pride in your work and in being an expert in your field. You have supported multiple C-suite Executives before and understand the value a proficient Executive Assistant can add to the team. You can manage your Executive’s diary and act as a gatekeeper to optimise their time and performance in alignment with the business goals. You have excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with all levels of stakeholders. A snapshot of your role…
Manage your Director’s diary, including scheduling meetings, taking briefs and coordinating agendas and logistic arrangements, acting as a gatekeeper to safeguard the business priorities
Attend client and stakeholder meetings with the Executives, collating documentation in advance, taking notes and distributing deliverables
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of your Executive, managing client relationships, reviewing and producing business documents and delegating tasks within the team
Provide personal support to your Director, updating car registration and insurance, booking personal travel and organising personal and corporate events
Effectively handle multiple projects and competing priorities, work both autonomously and in collaboration with the Senior Executive team
