THE ROLE
Reporting to General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Kitchen Team who service the Restaurant, Bar, Café and In-Room Dining.
You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
Marcel Restaurant will showcase an upscale modern European cuisine which will span from morning through to late evening.
Success in this role will be underpinned by creativity, consistency of delivery, food safety compliance and a strong team culture focused on development.
THE CRITERIA
Executive Chef experience is essential due to the pre-opening nature of the role.
Menu Engineering, Financial Acumen, Culinary Knowledge and Food Safety Compliance experience are essential.
Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
Experience leading a team with a strong focus on engagement and development
