AddressResponsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and customer service.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high standards are met.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance to create a safe and welcoming work environment.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to plan and execute events, parties, and conferences.
- Maintain a secure environment for staff by enforcing safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
