Leadership role responsible for Land Registry Services Division
Fixed term up to 5 years
Provide expert advice and support to the Chief Executive
The Executive Director, Land Registry Services is responsible for leading the Land Registry Services Division to deliver the government's objectives for land registry services. It also includes working closely with the commercial operator of the Land Registry Services concession and administration of those arrangements.
The Executive Director, Land Registry Services supports the Department of Transport and Planning Executive in building a high performing, capable, diverse and customer focused workforce and culture aligned to government priorities.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Group, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality Land (and Water) Registry Services for the Victorian community whether provided directly (such as registration of land dealings and plan and subdivision services) or via the State's commercial operator for Land Registry Services.
Leading Victoria's implementation of a 100% digital registry including various reforms to current practices.
Participating in the Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council.
Successfully managing complex contract management and day-to-day relationships with the private operator to ensure the delivery of land registry services and ongoing innovation of IT systems.
Contributing to the development of a strong organisational culture aligned with DTP values and aspirations.
