To be successful in this role you will have:

- Builds and sustains relationships within the organisation, across the public service and with a diverse range of external stakeholders. Drives a culture of collaboration and participation, setting high personal standards of cooperative and collaborative behaviour.
- Displays personal commitment to the purpose and philosophy of the public service, presenting a united leadership voice and support of other leaders.
- Clarifies and effectively communicates broad and highly complex issues to a wide range of audiences. Ensures that open communication is operating through the organisation.
- Base comprising salary between $6416.12 - $6690.02 p.f

- Whilst not mandatory, an advanced degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
- Appropriate management and leadership experience and advanced training in business or healthcare is desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of modern management principles, practices, and methods.
- Considerable knowledge in the health service delivery environment with a clinical activity costing and performance management focus would be highly regarded.
