The opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and energetic Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Strahan Village in this permanent role.
We’re looking for someone who share our passion for Tasmania’s remote, wild places – and who is committed to engaging with our guests and creating an unforgettable experience for them.
You'll use your experience and creativity to build the identity of the housekeeping team by hiring, onboarding and developing amazing people to be part of our team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping operations, which includes a range of accommodation types.
You’ll bring to our team:
- Extensive hands-on experience in housekeeping operations
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to build a highly engaged team
- A reputation for excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and an eye for detail
- Experience in setting and delivering on your budget by managing costs
- Demonstrated computer literacy, particularly with common office applications
