We are seeking an experienced technical leader who can drive the development, maintenance, and execution of IPA’s technology landscape in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders and ensure adherence to it. You will be a true holistic leader who realises our strategic outcomes by establishing yourself as a trusted technology advocate, building and sustaining collaborative relationships and mentoring and coaching solution architects.
Position duties
As the Enterprise Architect for IP Australia, you will:
Aligning to the IT Strategy, manage the design, development, and maintenance, of the Enterprise Architecture for the Agency.
Lead the design of effective business and technology solutions that enable business outcomes.
Ensure agency wide compliance with architectural standards
Provide expert architectural and technology advice to executives, management, and technical stakeholders, presenting the information in a way that suits the needs of the audience.
Actively assist business and technical stakeholders to develop strategic change initiatives and business cases.
Mentor and guide Solution Architects in their activities and professional pathway.
Attend Boards, Committees and Working Groups as required.
Prepare strategic documentation as requested.
Proactively apply a risk management and continuous improvement approach through enhancement and implementation of architectural services.
Participate in the development of ITG Strategic Plans and section planning.
