An exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager Facilities to join the Real Estate team in Victoria.
This role manages the maintenance repairs and upgrade to ALDI’s property assets, covering both the Dandenong and Derrimut regions in Victoria, dividing time equally between them. The home region is flexible, however the role reports to the Director - Real Estate. This is a full-time permanent position.
What does the role look like?
Implement facilities contracts, including the on-boarding of relevant suppliers as appointed by Procurement
Oversee internal and third-party adherence to facilities compliance requirements with Facilities Management System
Manage reporting to analyse trends and demands to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and supplier KPI’s are met
Lead, drive and implement facilities maintenance projects to facilitate process improvement and cost saving opportunities
Coordinate team resources effectively to ensure key objectives and deliverables are met
Encourage, develop, train and motivate employees to reach their full potential
Complete all tasks in a manner which complies with ALDI’s Work Health and Safety Policy
Carry out tasks requested by the Direct Leader which are in the nature of the job description or necessary to the business

What we need from you?
Retail operations experience highly desirable
Understanding of facilities / procurement (preferred but not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Strong people leadership skills including influencing skills across a range of stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
High levels of autonomy and responsibility
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of data analytics and systems (preferred but not essential)
This role reports to the Director - Real Estate.
