Our capabilities include Australia’s domestic debit network, real-time payments infrastructure, secure bill payments, digital identity exchange, QR code payments and experiences, and open wallet solutions.
The Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Business, the EM Business will oversee and direct the strategic relationships with key business partners and AP+.
This role is responsible for supporting the Head of Commercial Business to set the goals, metrics and reporting to drive the performance of the Business team. Day to day you can expect to deliver the following;
Growing transactions and revenues with key customers over the medium to long term.
Manage and grow the strategic commercial relationships with AP+ key members / customers in a planned and coordinated way, which supports their business objectives and achievement of AP+ business goals.
Working with business customers to understand their strategy, customer needs and for driving greater strategic alignment against these opportunities.
Packaging and selling the AP+ suite of products and developing propositions to drive adoption of the products.
Leading, negotiating and constructing deals that meet both AP+ and key customer needs.
Key leader in driving the Business Bank strategy to deliver transaction and revenue growth.
Management and deployment of AP+ rebates to drive greater alignment of AP+ products and capabilities.
Development of strategic account plans with key customers.
Leadership and development of team to be a high performing highly customer focused teams
The skills & knowledge you need to have:
Proven sales experience across a Digital product suit
Robust knowledge of payments and how they are used by financial institutions, banks, and Australian businesses
Ability to package products and present compelling sales presentations to drive greater strategic alignment
Experience developing and building commercial relationships as well as developing and refining key account plans
Constructing commercially beneficial sales propositions
Experience leading cross functional teams working with complex and large enterprises
Proven experience in negotiating complex deals to drive win-win partnerships
Proven ability to develop and empower high performing teams
Experience / comfort working in businesses undergoing significant transformation
