Do work that matters
The Executive Manager of Central & Western, NSW, based in either Orange or Bathurst, plays a critical leadership role; as an expert in business banking, credit and risk and continuous improvement champion. While leading a high-performing team of commercial and agribusiness bankers, you will focus on delivering successful outcomes for our customers both in your region and across NSW. In addition, you will utilise your coaching ability and mentor and engage your team and our clients, focusing on growing quality business across Commercial and Agribusiness banking.
More specifically, you will:
Lead and manage our Business Banking teams across Bathurst and Orange in NSW;
Utilise your industry expertise to understand and identify opportunities and develop strategies accordingly in an ever-changing banking landscape;
Coach and mentor the team, supporting and maintaining a high-performance culture whilst building solid relationships to surprise and delight customers;
Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions;
Proven record in delivering sustainable results;
Have a strong market presence and ability to lead the execution of regional and organisational priorities.
We want to hear from you if you:
Have a proven track record in leadership, capable of motivating and coaching a business banking team to develop; customer focus, risk and credit skills whilst driving strong growth;
Keen interest in being part of the broader Northern NSW State leadership team, supporting our growth agenda in NSW;
Are highly engaged and motivated with a strong focus on success, complemented by sound commercial acumen;
Have exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding;
Engaged and motivated with a strong success orientation;
A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded;
Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
