We’re looking for our next Executive Officer - a multi-skilled, capable team member to support our CEO, Board, senior leaders and our new Impact and Innovation Unit. This role requires initiative, multi-tasking and advanced communication and analytical skills.
You’ll be part of an enthusiastic team at our Brisbane administration office. You’ll be developing systems and procedures that enable our leadership team to run an efficient, accountable, high- performing organisation.
You’ll share our values and passion for providing high quality sexual and reproductive health services, reproductive choice, healthy relationships education and sexual assault support and counselling.
A typical day might start with a planning meeting; preparation of meeting agendas, Board papers and minutes; links with stakeholders and co-ordination of meetings; preparation of reports; help in planning of events; assist in the analysis and reporting of service performance data and problem- solving when the unexpected happens.
Selection criteria:
To be a competitive candidate for this role, you will have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive support role preferably in a medium size non-government organisation.
Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced analytical skills that enable you to identify and summarise key issues and data in reports for the purpose of briefing senior leaders.
Experience identifying and analysing problems and designing solutions within an office and administration environment.
An understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The ability to build rapport with and co-ordinate meetings of external stakeholders and colleagues.
Previous experience using MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
Alignment with True vision, mission and values.
Evidence of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 vaccines minimum).
