About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Officer to join a team of professionals in delivering an outstanding and highly regarded service within the non-for-profit space.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
Your key areas of responsibility include:
- Providing high levels of executive support to the CEO.
- Diary management.
- Scheduling meetings and organising travel.
- Working to strict deadlines in a high pressured environment.
- Maintaining effective systems.
- Preparing and distributing Board papers in preparation for meetings.
- Preparing meeting minutes and papers.
- Managing and reporting on projects.
- Supporting and guiding administrative team.
Qualifications & experience:
- Previous experience as a Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Officer
- Advanced knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
- Previous experience as a Board Secretariat.
- Possess a high-level of attention to detail, organisation abilities and be a natural self-motivator.
- Obtain a strong work ethic and professional presentation.
