Your opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Principal, the Executive Services and Marketing Officer, will have responsibility for the following (but not limited to):

• Provides high level confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Principal.
• Coordinates special events including Annual Awards, Anzac Day, Graduation ceremonies, Open Days and enrolment information.
• Coordinates the production of all school publications and promotional material along with the school newsletter and maintain content for the school's website to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Promotes the school by providing innovative pre-approved good news stories to the media and local community.
• Develops and maintains a proactive and consistent online and social media presence to promote the school and to communicate responsively with the wider community.
• Develops and coordinates partnerships with key external stakeholders, including local media and local Industry Partners and develops networks to enhance the current position of the school.
