Our Transaction Services team has extensive experience in providing financial due diligence and related services to help clients assess, plan and manage acquisitions, mergers, divestments and initial and secondary debt and equity offerings. We leverage insights from our advanced analytics tools to provide real-time advice to our clients in a fast-paced environment.
Your Opportunity
We now have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team to continue to build our dedicated data analytics capability within Transaction Services. Having worked within a professional services firm or corporate environment, you will be involved in and lead the application of advanced data analytics to provide unique insights to our clients on end-to-end projects in relation to:
- Pre-deal evaluations
- Vendor assistance
- Strategic and commercial intelligence
- Financial due diligence
- Vendor due diligence
- Capital markets assistance
- Regulatory reporting e.g. ASX listing
- Synergy assessment
- Working capital mechanism reviews
- Sale and Purchase Agreement support
- Integration assistance
- Post deal effectiveness reviews
To be considered for this opportunity, your experience, qualifications and skills should include:
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce/Finance or Data Science or related discipline.
- Experience in data analysis and understanding of core business and financial processes.
- Have had experience with Alteryx, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) and relational databases (e.g., SQL or PowerPivot) and applying business logic and interpreting results. Additional working knowledge of Python, VBA etc. would be beneficial, but not necessary.
- The ability to build robust relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
- A desire to contribute to team success along with a motivated and dedicated work ethic.
