About this Opportunity...
In this community based role, you will develop and implement exercise and fitness plans to help NDIS participants increase their strength and endurance, reduce fatigue, prevent falls, improve balance, and better their mental health.
This position will provide service to participant based in Laverton VIC.
About You...
This role requires:
ESSA membership
Qualified as an Exercise Physiologist
Full working rights to work in Australia
Committed to providing holistic person centred care
Hold current National Police Check, Working with Children's check and NDIS Worker Check
Driver's licence and access to own vehicle
