Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Lead and supporting Lead designers the Experience Designer will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging customer experiences through design activities to meet users' needs
- Apply User Centred Design frameworks to achieve customer centric design outcomes and have the ability to influence project outcomes through showcasing customer centric evidence
- Conduct concept and user testing sessions including journey maps, customer value propositions and customer personas
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Extensive experience designing and enhancing customer experiences for a range of users
- A background in applying best practise experience design principles and accessibility standards in user-centred design processes
- Proven experience and passion for developing designs in web, mobile and app
- Familiarity using tools such as Miro (or similar design tool), Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
