Position Available: Full-Time Quarantine Facility Team Member

Bundarra Tropical Fish Farm, a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the industry, is excited to offer a full-time position at our quarantine facility. About the Role:
As a key member of our quarantine facility team, your duties will include:
- Cleaning and preparing aquariums for new shipments.
- Maintaining aquariums, including feeding fish and monitoring their health.
- Receiving new quarantine shipments and packing cleared shipments to send to our despatch facility.
- Keeping detailed records and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhering to Biosecurity Australia’s standards regarding hygiene and record keeping.
- The ability to work across two facilities managing the safe re-location and health of our live fish
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday. Some flexibility is required due to the nature of working with Live Animals across 2 facilities, the role may require occasional changes to rosters and/or occasional later starts and later evening finishes to accommodate shipment arrival times etc.
Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of fish care, with experience in the aquarium trade at a retail or wholesale level preferred.
- A detail-oriented work ethic, and passion for precision.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current driver's license.
- Rights to work in Australia.
