About YOU:
- You have experience working with specialty coffee, can dial in and adjust a grinder and can handle a busy rush working on your own.
- You can make consistently delicious coffee (at least some basic latte art).
- You have awesome customer service skills and a friendly personality.
- You can work quickly and efficiently with great levels of self discipline.
- You're a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and can jump in to help with other daily tasks as needed.
- You are honest, reliable and punctual.
About THE ROLE:
- Casual (we can discuss days and hours etc).
- Assist with ordering and stock control of all coffee related items.
- SQUARE POS operation (training can be provided).
- Machine maintenance.
- Set up from 6am, to open at 6.30am.
- Access to our award-winning speciality coffee roaster’s training programs.
- Opportunity to add your ‘flare' to the business as it grows and really ‘own’ the space you'll work in.
- Good pay, with further incentives on offer.
- A few minutes stroll to the beach for a swim or surf after work :-)
