The Role

Based on-site at Kanmantoo Copper Mine, working a 7/7 rotating roster alongside a dedicated team of professionals, all striving towards the same goal! Bring your experience and knowledge to a place where it is valued. With first stopes fired December 2023 this is your chance to jump on board in the early stages and make an impact.

As we ramp up the production stages we are looking for someone to bring their skills and experience to a developing site as we grow this start-up/scale-up business. Giving the opportunity to potentially work between development and production, Charging production stopes and development headings.

The Fundamentals

An Enthusiastic and diligent operator will excel in this role. Operating the loader from a distance requires high attention to detail and communication skills. Put your operator skills in place and be part of our Production from the start.

Essential Minimum Requirements

• A current C Class Licence
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical
• A Team player who can help influence and shape our culture to ensure a safe, productive, sustainable and disciplined approach to work is maintained.
• A positive can-do attitude with a strong passion for safety improving mining efficiencies.
• Flexible, team-orientated approach with strong communications skills
• Experience in open stoping operation
• Experience with Cat 2900 (desirable)
• Experience with Cemented Rock Fill placement
