- Identify and target potential clients, understanding their needs and how our services can meet those needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiations and contract signings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize various tech tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn automations, and Aircall for efficient prospecting and sales management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Management, and Web Design and Development.
- Highly tech-savvy with experience in using CRM and sales automation tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn automations, and Aircall.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and sales opportunities.
