We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for a busy and ever-growing specialist Medical practice in Vermont South. We are focused on both individual and team-based work, to provide excellent care to patients.

Overview of the position:
The Experienced Receptionist role involves:
- Booking and scheduling of appointments through Medical Software (Clinic To Cloud)
- Following up pending tasks and setting reminders
- Liaising with clients, physicians and allied health professionals,
- Scanning, uploading and shredding of documents
- Clerical assistant duties (Maintaining and updating patient files, taking payments, Medicare Claims, answering calls, emails etc.)
We are looking for a driven, ambitious individual with a hunger for learning and great customer service skills. Candidates are expected be autonomous in their work and take initiative to complete outlined tasks without or with minimal supervision. Your role will be to assist with administrative support to Our specialist physicians.
The selected candidate is a person who is always willing to help and approaches work with a positive attitude.

Essential skills and qualifications required by applicants:
1. Work experience of more than 2 years.
2. A current Working With Children (WWC) Check
3. Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
4. Be willing to work collaboratively in a team.
5. Ability to participate in group collaboration in a clear and concise manner
6. Ability to follow directions provided, document progress and ask for help as needed
7. Ability to adapt and basic problem solving
Desirable work skills and qualifications required by applicants:
1. Experience in using the Clinic to Cloud medical software and Medicare billing

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
