As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Practice Coordinator to join our team and work alongside the Principal Dentist in managing our team of clinicians and support staff.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Practice Coordinator to support the Principal Dentist in the efficient and effective management of our dental practice. The Practice Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, and providing leadership to our team of clinicians and support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Principal Dentist to develop and implement strategies to optimiae clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate the schedules of clinicians and support staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinicians and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee patient flow and ensure that appointments are scheduled and managed effectively.
- Monitor clinic operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to clinic operations, including patient files, staff schedules, accounts and inventory.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members as needed.
