Salary based on experience
Due to strong growth within our company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager who is enthusiastic & customer focused to join our small, close knit team in Mulgrave.
The role
- Everyday property management functions
- Arrange and coordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants and tradespeople
- Assist and follow up with tenants on re-leasing agreements, rent arrears etc.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants and build rapport
- Database management and keeping our property management program updated and current.
The successful Applicant must have:
- Some previous experience in Property Management
- Knowledge of and the ability to use real estate software – knowledge of Property Tree will be highly advantageous
- Current Agents Representative Certification and a recent Police Check
- A current Victorian Drivers License
- A Willingness to learn and a good work ethics
- An enthusiasm for customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate or better ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- A keen eye for detail
