Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing patient accounts
- Providing support to our talented Orthodontists and Dental Assistants, ensuring their day runs seamlessly
- Maintaining strong relationships with our valued patients and referring practitioners
- Travel to our branch practices including but not limited to Brisbane City, Indooroopilly, Jindalee and Ipswich
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable and skilled in interacting with patients.
