Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Travel Consultant to join our team at Hawthorn Travel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a proven track record in the industry, as well as experience working with Galileo and CCTE.

Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded.
Use Galileo and CCTE and other suppliers to book and make travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises and more.
Act as a subject matter expert on travel destinations and provide clients with detailed information and recommendations
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners
Stay current on industry trends and developments, and continuously update product knowledge.

Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a travel consultant role
Experience working with Galileo and CCTE preferred.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven sales track record
