- Location: Laidley, Lowood, Rosewood Community
- Employment Term: Fixed Term Secondment between 19/02/2024 - 10/03/2024 & 18/3/2024 - 14/04/2024.
We’re seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses motivated to make a change in the life of our community clients and set a new standard in care.
Your part in our BlueCare team
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be working alongside our Registered Nurses, providing person-centred care to your clients, ensuring a safe environment within the home and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:- Documenting and updating care plans in line with emerging assessments
- Medication and wound management
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living and recreational activities
- Helping clients to participate in the community by providing social support
- Aiding other care staff and health professionals
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
What makes a difference for us?
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
- General nursing experience, post-registration
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
