The Deniliquin Rice Mill is SunRice’s largest and most sophisticated mill, not to mention the largest rice mill in the Southern Hemisphere. The mill includes rice storage, rice drying, seed grading, milling and packing facilities, and operates 24 hours, seven days a week. SunRice is regarded as the leading employer in the Deniliquin community, with about 200 employees working across the SunRice and AGS sites. Primarily geared to support SunRice’s export operations, the Deniliquin Rice Mill processes larger quantities of premium-branded products for destinations such as the Middle East and Asia.

We are currently seeking expressions of Interest for casual and/or term roles that may come up to support production schedules. Successful candidates may be required to work across a 24/7 shift roster which comprises of 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday.
SunRice provide a safe working environment where you will be trained and supported in Rice Manufacturing, Packing and/or Warehouse Operations. Successful candidates will be committed, flexible and have a desire to make a difference. A forklift license is desirable however not essential.
