Annual Salary: 2IC $55,952 / Manager $60,465 (Incl. Super)
Bonus Potential: 2IC up to $4000 / Manager up to $7000 annually

About the role
As Assistant Manager or Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:
- Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
- Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
- Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
- Coach and mentor your team of up to 20
- Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for experienced, strategically minded retail Managers who have proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams. You will have:
- The ability to lead by example
- A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
- Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
- High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
- Desire to develop your career in retail
