Our Perth Tax practice is growing and as such we are looking for a variety of professionals across Corporate Tax, Private Tax and International Tax services to work with our clients to shape and enhance business strategies to help them solve tomorrows problems today. Your key responsibilities
Help companies achieve an efficient and effective tax function, identify tax planning and advisory opportunities and implement leading practice corporate governance procedures.
Identify areas of risks and develop corporate tax planning and structuring strategies
Provide technical advice on how to manage our client’s tax compliance obligations and assist them with their tax accounting calculations and reconciliations.
Assist Australian based and inbound global organisations structure their transactions, mitigate tax risk, and comply with tax laws in the most effective way.
Critically evaluate client global operating models from a tax perspective, providing advice on the application of domestic tax law and providing tax structuring (inbound and outbound) advice.
Design and implement transfer pricing policies and frameworks.
Provide assistance with buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence services and tax transaction support, including transaction structuring and tax modelling activities
We’d love to learn more about you if you have experience in:
Relevant tax experience ideally gained in a top or second tier accounting firm, corporate, business consulting or legal environment
Strong commercial acumen and business writing skills with the ability to assimilate complex information and form a succinct recommendation to the client
Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
Proven ability to account manage and supervise and lead multiple projects
