F45 Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer

We are looking for an awesome addition to join our team at F45 Randwick who is truly passionate about F45 and helping others achieve their goals while having a great time doing it. Our trainers need to be experienced and able to run group classes with a high energy level and motivate our clients as best possible! We are looking for someone for 10-15 hours or potentially 20+ hours on a part time contract.

Flexible availability to be able to work across a variety of shifts. Must be available weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and instruct motivational F45 group classes
• Build strong rapport with clients
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Daily functions and upkeep of the studio
• Sales: Assist the Manager when required with new member sales

Role Requirements

• 1+ Years' Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness
• F45 Experience highly desirable
• Cert III in Fitness + First Aid Certified (Cert IV highly desirable)
• Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members lives
• Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
• Passionate about fitness and represents the F45 values
• Highly energetic and can build great rapport
• Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour
