F45 Tweed Heads, NSW has been in operation for over 5+ years and has grown considerably over that time. About the Role
Your role is to increase community engagement between the members and the studio. To help facilitate growth and retention, and provide an exceptional training experience to every member.
You will be responsible for the Management of all Trainers, ensuring that the team is providing a one-on-one personalised experience to all members.
- Approximately 19 hrs of classes and 19 hrs of Management.
- A focus on individual member experience and results.
- Working on various member retention initiatives.
- Maintaining a strong connection with all members and understanding their individual circumstances.
- Knowing exactly where members are at in the member lifecycle.
- Collaborating and sharing of ideas in team meetings.
- Conducting inductions for new members to the studio.
- Create a positive and happy training environment - we want ENERGY!
- Ensuring members are training correctly, with a strong focus on form and safety.
- Participate in local community engagement initiatives.
- Responsible for our social media content, ensuring that we remain relevant within the community.

Skills and Experience
- Impeccable communication skills as you will be an integral part of the business and the leadership team.
- You are confident and thrive off interacting with people and building a community.
- Previous customer service experience.
- The ability to manage your admin time autonomously.
- Self-driven with a keen focus on providing the best individual member experience in every session.
- Previous sales experience, with a focus on optimising conversions.
- High integrity with a passion for health and fitness and an eagerness to work with us to further build our community.
- High level of confidence and comfortable speaking in front of a group of people.
- Comfortable in front of the camera for the purpose of social media.
- Ability to work with and pick up various streams of technology quite quickly.
- The ability to build rapport quickly with members and understand individual needs.
- The ability to work with members of all fitness levels.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, early mornings, evenings and weekends.
