Who will you be working for?
Our well-known client are seeking a Facilities Coordinator, based in Southbank for a temporary contract.
What will you be responsible for?
You will be responsible for facilities coordination and administration.
Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the building
Maintain security and access procedures
Organise stationary and supplies for the office
Billing and finance responsibilities internally and with suppliers
Invoicing
Provide exceptional customer service
Relief Reception
What will you need to succeed?
To be considered for this role, you will have/be:
Prior Facilities Experience essential
Excellent Customer Service skills
MS Office
Professional presentation
