- Coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance for the Adelaide Regional Distribution Centre (Gepps Cross).
- Support the Facilities & Maintenance Manager in tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance.
- Monitor Facilities & Maintenance contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators
- Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
- Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
- File, report & record maintenance records and incident management
- Support team's compliance to WOW and Primary Connect's policies and procedures
- Experience in the facilities and/or property industry and/or building services
- Knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Intermediate MS and/or Google Suite skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility to work Monday - Friday (9 - 5:30) onsite at Gepps Cross
