Their Shopping Centre division is recognised for, and proud to integrate their centres into the community. We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for one of their South Western Sydney Super Neighbourhood Centres which is part of a $1.5B community development.
The Role: ( Operations Manager )
Reporting to the National Operations Manager this role will take responsibility for the overall operations, maintenance and smooth running of the centre facilities. This will include all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S, preventative and reactive maintenance, sustainability initiatives, as well as providing support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management. Sustainability is a priority and you will deliver projects and provide overall operational support to the team.
The Candidate:
This role is suited to
- an experienced Shopping CentreFacilities Manager or Operations Manager.
- someone up to date in computer & financial reporting, with
- qualifications in facilities management, engineering or building services trade.
