Calling on all people with background in Facilities Management that are looking for FM assignment. Main Duties and Experience:
Has strong experience in both hard and soft services.
Experience in reactive and preventative maintenance
Focus will be on workorder systems, contractors, and tenants
Safety Observations and Inspections carried out at agreed intervals
Maintain high levels of customer service through responsiveness, communication and follow up. Communication would be with tenants of retail and residential, the Building Management Committee (BMC) and Strata
Manage contractor relationships and performance, ensure compliance with service contract requirements for all managed contracts. (This is managing our sub-contractors such as HVAC, Electrical, Cleaning, Security etc)
Focus will require walking the site, maintaining relationship, providing excellent customer service
Must be able to identify issues, deal with escalations, deal with contractors/tenants
Extra Details:
Project is for 1-2 months with a very strong possibility of extension
Shared Services FM role supporting all the Shared services in the lanes including residential, retail and commercial
Must be immediately available or able to start from Monday 21st of Novemeber 2022
ASAP Start !!!
Location Sydney CBD
Strictly Onsite job requirement
Monday - Friday, start time between 7:00am - 8:00am finish between 3:00pm - 5:00pm (finish times dependent on start times)
