Our clients are looking for self-motivated Facilities Managers for the efficient day-to-day operation of their assets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Provide technical and operational process support
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders
• Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide 
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided
• Onsite inspections
• Managing contractors
• Tenancy Coordination

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong communication skills & attention to detail
• Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance;
• Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling
• Experience in the management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
