The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join their Aged Care facility in Sydney, NSW
Your key responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations of the facility and ensure it runs smoothly.
Manage a team of staff, including maintenance workers, security personnel, and administrative staff.
Budgeting and financial management to ensure the facility operates within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
To be successful, you will have:
Strong leadership and communication skills
3+ years' experience in facility management
Budgeting and financial management expertise
A strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations
AHPRA registration preferred but not essential
