Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards and deliver the highest quality of care.
- Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Aged Care professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Resident Relations: Build strong relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement and monitor processes to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Facility Manager or equivalent position ideal, preferably in Aged Care or healthcare settings.
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in Aged Care.
- A compassionate and patient-centred approach to management.
